Follow The 80/20 Rule

The 80/20 Rule basically dictates that 80% of your diet should be healthy and nutritious food, while the other 20% can be foods that you enjoy that may not offer much in terms of nutritional value. By following this rule, you will be able to eat things that you enjoy fairly regularly, thus cutting down on cravings in the process.

Variety Is Important

If you fall into a routine of making the same basic meals every day, you’re quickly going to find yourself becoming bored with your diet. Boredom can wreak havoc on your motivation levels and you may find yourself gradually falling out of balance over time. As such, it is important to introduce as much variety as possible into your diet.

Eat Regularly
